How to Unhide Files in AgentOffice (Desktop versions)

By default, Windows hides certain files from being seen with My Computer. This is done to protect these files, which are usually system files, from accidentally being modified or deleted by the user. Unfortunately viruses, spyware, and hijackers often hide there files in this way making it hard to find them and then delete them.

By following the steps below for each desktop version of AgenOffice, you will be able to change the operating systems behavior so that you can see hidden files. In this way you will be able to delete or replace files for troubleshooting purposes.

1. From the Start Menu > Select Run > Type Cmd
2. Once a DOS window opens, type: cd
3.  Type the drive letter where you want the files Unhiden (Usually your C drive)
4.  Type “C:” then type: attrib *. -h -s /s /d
6. Close DOC using exit command

After unhiding all files with the above procedure, the AgentOffice backup will function again.
